COMPACT MBR is a patented product independently innovated by Peike, which combines Parkde's rich experience in biological treatment with Dongli's unique underwater membrane separation technology. It integrates advanced sewage treatment processes, solid-liquid separation, and deep treatment technologies in the size of a container. COMPACT membrane separation technology has replaced traditional secondary sedimentation tanks, and with its high volume load characteristics, the entire system significantly reduces its footprint. The effluent quality of COMPACT MBR is excellent, with a five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) removal rate of up to 98%. Ammonia nitrogen can be completely nitrified or further denitrified to reduce total nitrogen. The turbidity of the treated effluent is less than 0.3 NTU, and the sludge density index SDI is less than 3. It can be used as green irrigation, flushing water, or as influent for nanofiltration and reverse osmosis effluent treatment.
